Just signed S&P for Villas, Block C3A, 1st floor Wanted to check with you guys, for the loans agreement with the panel bank, did you guys use the same S&P lawyers? Ambank was telling me they prefer to use the S&P lawyers, in my case, it's Mah Kamariah & Philip Koh.

dont worry alth it is a new company, based on the record, its 1st project, puchong gateway was delivered 1/2 year ahead of the completion date

why 1st time considered loaded..?
it takes more than 1 month for bank to approve my loan

usually how much is sinking fund?what's t difference between sinking fund and maintenance fee? (sorry, 1st time buying condo)
