QUOTE(BBXiong @ Oct 19 2010, 11:52 AM) we can also laugh back those fanboys that we can turn bluetooth/wifi on/off in 10 seconds, with the layered settings menu iOS have, they will never get there in time unless of coz, they jailbreak...but then most fanboys don do that, they are loyal to steve, and steve forbids jailbreaking wee... on off BT important to me... i set my phone special programmable key to access that...

Your phone has a buggy hardware may be? interesting...i shall give it a test as well...anyway to drain battery fast enough in offline mode?

QUOTE(danniechua @ Oct 19 2010, 11:48 AM) thats bad....if it hard reset every time when the battery kaput... Not sure doomx experience factory reset or hard reset. Hard Reset will start with welcome screen and phone setup process; You will loose OVI Maps and OVI Store 2.0. Read only can't re-install back OVI Store 2.0. When I did hard reset, my demo videos were no longer playable as well, it says license is expired or invalid. Now my N8 already in NCC's ICU.

N97 are newer than Iphone3G... yeap, even the proximity sensor issue + PDF exploit last time, they fix it with 4.1, just not long after iOS 4.0, u can see they really put in a lot of effort in their softwares... but then again, nokia also have too many phone models...but i suppose they can make a generic stable firmware then only customize to their related phone models, with that, all phones have same OS version, and they save time by adding functions that exist across different models, just disable those feature that are not supported and put some special stuff to those specific phone, done...
