no, i wont say that is great as flare can do 1600 @ 6-7-6 w/o sweat. but anyhow, i was kinda surprised as 6-7-6 was not doable on my ex propus which i consider not bad in ram clockin. d timing mite be useful for wprime benchin but it's goin off soon... somethin badass should be comin ya ways guys... 

great combo there bro, always wanted to try asrock xtreme series but sadly it's not available here. as for d chip, d batch code has one alphabet gone missin... i always love *pmw batches. *paw/pbw oso not bad. 4GHz on air is not a problem, what matters more is what amount of juice needed for 4GHz.

Just bought Mushkin DDR3-1600 7-9-7-24 Enhanced Blackline... able to set clock to 1600mhz running at 7-9-7-24 timing at 1.65V stock voltage..

the problem is, I read one of the reviews saying that it can go down till 6-8-6-20, but whenever I tried to lower one of the timings (for example 6-9-7-24 or 7-8-7-24) windows no longer able to boot, and it shows some weird messages during boot up:

BIOS recovery requested. Starting BIOS Recovery...
Please insert USB flash Disk with BIOS file.
Checking for USB Device... Device not found!
COnfirm the USB flash DIsk and BIOS file, retry will start in 3 seconds...

After it retried 3 times, it will restart and repeat the same thing again... until i turn off-on my pc and change the memory timings back...

What's happening? Also raising the Dram voltage to 1.7V didn't help..

yup, ~$50 for a 100MHz bump is kinda expensive (1090 sellin @ $32x now), but some reviews showed that 1100 does offer slightly better oc mileage... hmm... give n take i think...  :/nod:
