It is Asus M4A785 TD V-EVo sth like that forgot le.. Using 785 Chipset.

Ram OCing really depends on the type of ram you have. I dont really have any other tweaks than what I have posted in my guide. Just get a feel for your memory and try some stuff out.
Canada still gets crappier prices and less choice of hardware then the states though. But it is pretty accessible if you know where to shop.

Giga tends to work great with benchmarking and ram overclocking (the high end ones, I used to have 790FX, and now this 890FXA) THey work excellent for what I do.

so does it mean that my current AMD processor not able to reach 2000mhz even with overclock?
how to check if it is supported by the mobo? if i use ratio of 1:4 with fsb 250mhz it says that the effective ram freq is 2000mhz.. however from what i read on the net, you could only achieve 2000mhz if you overclock your mobo to 4.3ghz like that... which I don't understand because my processor now only 3.5ghz also can reach? or is it we cannot use the ratio of 1:4, but have to use 1:3.33 instead? (which makes sense because if 3.33 is used instead, means i have to increase my FSB till 300, 300x3.33x2 = 2000mhz and processor will be clocked at 300 x 14 = 4.2ghz ? correct me if wrong...)

I think the "improvement" meaning is,they make the score becomes harder.

Maybe just like 3DMark06 > 3dMark Vantage..Something like that.Thats why the score lower.

@ bro cloudwan, cas7 @ high freq failed. this is what i managed so far... 

~2.5k is doable bro, but not stable ofcoz. i'd say ~2.2k is possible w great pcs sticks like flare if coupled w a chip with great imc. but sadly imc capability differs from chip to chip, so it's really down to luck sometimes. 

1.6k @ cas 6 baru cantik... cas 7 abit loose, need kacip fatima...  joke aside, it doesn't matter that much for 24/7 setting, as long as d pair can run relatively low volt @ decent timing will do. gaming experience doesn't affected much by ram timing, don't really understand why some manufacturers like to go brandin their ram as gaming series or whatsnot. markettin gimmicks @ its best?  as for bulldozer, i dun think i'll go as far as that. thuban will be my last platform b4 my retirement...
