i want to conduct some kind of contest, and the prizes are phone in the price range of 500-600

any suggestion of phone? maybe 2-3  model phone?

how about nokia c6, samsung galaxy 5, htc aria?
of course, i only wanted new phone

is x6 good phone?

DL from other places??? Means need to crack it or what?? Some said need to purchase? So, may i know which phone is good enough or stable enough to run GPS bcz i read there are some comments after install the phone lag, hang and cannot lock satellite??? Asus garmin good???

too generalized, I think this only applies to the android ones of SE

to be fair, any smartphone will be power hungry,
due to the high speed processor and all sorts of connections
most smartphones requires 1 charge per day (yes even iphone),
at most it can only last 3 or 4 days if you use it very sparingly

emm..

no tips to conserve battery if using smartphone.

but my other tips is.
1 charge a day, keep ur phone alive. 

ps: i think Nokia wil be forgotten this round.
unless they come up with something as good as these Android® Legions

i think, it is not.. although nokia stay put on symbian for smartphone, it got its own pros and cons. some ppl still prefer symbian.
enter power saving mode

spare battery is a must if wanna go far2 away more than 24h away from plug.

not all phone, but for higher end phone, they sure lose lots of market to Android® and Ipong...
the level of customization in Symbian is almost nothing compare to these 2.

but.. who want to just stick at lower tier market forever..
i once play with n97, c6, x6, and n8.
these consider for mid/top range phone, but when u compare to any android phone,
these feel ..

if want nice Android phone..
for now,

its Spice mi300
someone can get @ RM560 +premium pack..
much2 better than any entry lvl Android..
as Wildfire, Galaxy 5, etc.

most ppl would say android (even myself). both android on the list comes with capacitive touchscreen rather than resistive on c5-03.
the nice camera part, definitely no galaxy 5. the camera is worse. don't know about optimus one. c5-03's 5mp is not the best though. no AF, no flash. IMO, for everall media centric player, c5-03 score better than those 2. both low end android phones was soo low end.. (less pixel, low body quality, low camera quality) so, IMHO, if u got a bit less budget, better spend on symbian although the UI is not to be considered as the best. but it is usable

but optimus1 over budget abit 

1. Brand: Any. But should be good quality phone.
2. Budget: Below RM600. But cheaper the better. Original. No AP.
3. Specs: I just need phone for talking, sms, take photos.
4. Type/Size: I've been using Candybar all my life, but willing to change to another type. No Clams.

how about x10 mini pro? or e5?

Nokia X6 is and Nokia C6 is acceptable.

Decent means please dont expect too much haha. Its better than nothing

If u want something good need to get N86, N82, N95 or Nokia N8
