Something that i dont like right now is, I show my friend how i look like then he keep on saying thats because of genetic. I work so hard in the gym, eat well sleep well to get all that and he kept saying "aiya, thats because of your genetic. You are lucky bast***" man... thats really zzz...

Plus, some guy even ask me "you makan ubat apa? kuat cucuk?" god damn it... i train =="

LOL i read it before as well.. Burn a lot of calorie just like u r running on threadmill...

Some more, orgasm promote the generation of testosterone which good for bb-er brows.gif but how true it is i not really sure.. this one i read in a magazine i found in my previous gym..

if go to competition with hairy armpit, i think gonna request to be shaved also haha...

so some ppl do shave bcz when doing lat pulldown or chin up, the hair to be so obvious if wearing singlet....

guys,

what is the best snack for working people? hm.. i've been taking wholemeal bread + peanut butter + cheese + pumpkin seed.. thats my breakfast as well.. thinking of substitute peanut butter with something else as peanut butter calorie kinda high...

or just remain the same?

Tuna in water don't goes well with the bread, the bread soak in water n taste like ==" gotta prepare in the morning and eat in the evening... If eat right away after preparing then im fine haha... 1 can for dinner last 2 week and currently replace with hard boiled egg... tuna makes me feel weird hehe...

absolutely faster put in the mouth, chew a few time swallow it + water hahaha... i take it quite some time until i cant stand the taste then only i change it to others...

Morning fella.

Hmm... Yesterday I weight myself, my weight doesn't really increase anymore stick between 83-84 kg... Nothing much improve in this 2 months. Any suggestion? Change workout routine? change diet? change supplement?

Anyone facing this? Suddenly there's no improvement hmm.gif hmm.gif

hm..increase calorie intake.. I sked become fat lol... i only take heavy meal during weekend.. weekdays hardly prepare any good quality food as due to work...

Currently weekdays,
8am protein shake + milk
10am 2 piece whole meal bread + 1 cheddar cheese + pumpkin seed
12pm 4-5spoon of rice + meat + veggie + egg
3pm 2 piece whole meal bread + 1 cheddar cheese + pumpkin seed
5pm protein shake + soy whey + some soy stuff...
7pm workout
1030pm 6 egg white
1200am protein shake + milk

if weekend,
i gonna take at least 1 chicken + 4 piece of chicken breast per day.. lol...

owh... 3 pm in office so that's the best i can prepare haha...

by the time i eat that 6 egg is already 10 sometimes 11... so, im not going for too heavy meal... isnt enuf to pack on muscles T.T
