I train at least 5 times a week + 1 day cardio = 6 times
sometimes i don't stop at all.. 7 times per week... But is the best if u workout for 5 days and rest 2 days.. I usually eat a lot of quality food to recover and rest more... I just can't stop missing the iron lol... |

Start with lightweight or even just the bar... get the form correctly first before going heavy... it may get urself injured if perform badly... I experienced b4 especially squat...
