Hmm.. I'm asking because when i perform db flye, a guy ask me not to do it since my chest still not "thick" enough..

So, jz wonder everyone the same whether need to wait until gain the "thickness" then only do it...

I mean i do take fat burner before.. Sweating like a pig and losing weight as well..

What i mean here is, will it be the same if didnt take any fat burner but perform the same exercise?

I tried lipo6, xenadrine and animal cut b4.. well, 3 of them really make me sweat a lot and also lose weight..

Somehow, i did it without any fat burner and i stil lose weight haha so wondering worth paying it or not.. Of course, strict diet and of course doesnt taste good at all..boil, fruit and no rice haha.. wholemeal bread, tuna in water..

Do you guys go for cardio after workout? maybe on treadmill, bike or complex exercise?

Or cardio on a specific day?

Alwiz have the same experience... I guess everyone is the same whenever we bring tupperware to the office, class or college.. everyone will be so serious look into you... Are you gonna eat that? Don't you bored with your food?No life? haha...

Sometime, i took 2 chicken per day and yet im stil not enough zzz... broke if eat this way haha...

oh.. okok... i cant lift too heavy sad.gif

my knee kinda painful as i squat sigh.. the joint around shoulder also aching if carry too heavy as well.. so kinda upset when trying to lift heavier...

Lets say u r trying too complete an 100 reps of bench press and you only able to complete 40reps and u did it again after 2 days. Will it be the same?

I saw some post regarding this earlier. So, want to know what you guys think of it.

I just stretch around for 5 minutes, then take very light db warm up after that some pull up and dip... Then, work out time smile.gif how about you?

Wonder everyone will be get angry easily? Man, i get really pissed easily when things don't work out haha... Some ppl say bb-er is very bad tempered..
