I feel that I've reached an advanced stage where the benefits of bodybuilding specific vitamins can be reaped. Not for the beginner or intermediate trainee. A good multivite is more than sufficient. But don't forget, my job in the medical field with its bullshit hours require me to utilize as much ergogenic aids as possible.

Ego's supplement range is awesome and their staff gives top notch service. Only slight problem is their price which is a bit higher than some suppliers but still cheaper than gnc. I
think they're starting to reduce prices to up the ante in the competition.

Lol whey alone sucks. They spike insulin which is a precursor to fat gain. I've not used whey only shakes for a long time.

My post workout meal consists of a shitload of chicken or red meat and almost 4 plates of rice. So yes it's normal. But then I don't take post workout shakes anymore, just prebedtime an morning.

Actually we squeeze the fish to get the oil, especially if it's still alive. More fresh that way.

And yeah you can also get it at any pharmacy. The oil comes pre squeezed.

Lol with whey protein only shakes, you'd be lucky if all 50gtams get absorbed fully post workout especially if they pass through your system at such a quick rate. You'll want a steady supply of longer lasting proteins in your body to stave off catabolism, especially if you're a youngster. I don't take post workout shakes anymore, I just head straight to my fav eating place and wallop down a huge meal. With the 2 hour anabolic window it's more than sufficient

yes it shrink. The calculation for raw and cook is different. I weight my chicken before and after cook. 150g of chicken after u cook u probably left with 100g so tats equivalent to around 25 - 30g of protein ... i use to count the raw weight and end up under eat T.T .

Wah... you guys even calculate how many grams you cook. I just see 2 chicken breasts and ok it's time to cook and eat. Lol.
