QUOTE(chicaman @ Mar 1 2011, 10:51 PM) benching only 185LB at the moment. Lol cos it's obvious you're trying to progress too fast. You're stuck at 175lbs, but how many reps? How many sets? If you can do 175lbs x 10 and 4 straight sets then you're achieving something. Terry will tell you the same thing, volume is the key word, not how much you lift.chest fly 45LB per side. have been stuck at 175-185 for sometimes already, cant seem to proceed heavier, any idea? |

QUOTE(MelForC3 @ Mar 2 2011, 04:26 AM) guys, Supplements help only IF you have a very good diet as a solid foundation. Supplements won't do shit if your diet sucks. Prioritize my friend.Just some puzzle with me.. Is it ok for a guy taking any supplement without working out?? I knew a friend he's thin and he asked me bout BB-ing and supplement. So, he asked any supplement can help him put on weight (going to gym as well). But after some time, he don't want to go gym bt wanna take ON serious mass for daily supplement. FYI, he eats a lot and never fat.. Im jealous |

We should have H & F meetup this weekend. Maybe lunch. Anyone interested? Make it very casual, it's not an official meeting or anything. I've already met pedro, jamis, angrydog, John91, etc and they're all mellow and nice people.

QUOTE(gtoforce @ Mar 2 2011, 01:57 PM) I suggest lunch time. Hell... Let's not even call it a meet up, let's call it a casual meeting. I don't know why people think LYN gatherings involve 20 plus people. I've met up with Pedro and angrydog so often till I started getting busy. The Curve sounds good? This Saturday. No working out, etc, just a chat, lunch an maybe exchange training tips, etc. |

QUOTE(gtoforce @ Mar 7 2011, 03:02 PM) i stopped going to underground gyms (unless ff tutup) because if im fatigued that day and played lightweights (e.g. i used to bench 50kgs, but suddenly they saw me only benching 30kgs, they'll laugh and will volunteer to 'support', which annoys the crap but these are my friends so susah also) so i go to unknown underground places should the need arise I think your "friends" are idiots. Tell them I said that. You never diss someone lifting light beginner weights. Everyone started weak, even them. |

QUOTE(mcbarney666 @ Mar 14 2011, 09:24 AM) Word to all of the above. When I first started deadlifting I did 30kgs MAX, with a rounded back and wiggle wiggle legs. But I thought I was badass. Heh. When I first started benching it was only the oly bar max. But when it comes to deadlifts, my first try and it was 225lbs. Some people are stronger in certain lifts.Of course, after wising up a little, I don't round my back anymore and have much better control now. |

QUOTE(OMGGED @ Apr 5 2011, 12:53 AM) Hei guys, i am currently taking; 3 Vitamin C, 1 Vitamin B, 1 Vitamin E all from Amway. I wonder if this multivitamins by ON Opti-Men gives the same value of nutritions ? I'm taking Animal Pak and have never looked back at other multivites ever since. Eyeing Orange Triad by Controlled Labs too though but i don't think anyone here sells it.If yes i might be switching to ON Opti-Men Multivitamins Thanks in advance |
