do you perform any strength workout? i mean from time to time.. i cant really carry heavy..
there's 2 weeks i try to play heavy, which i can always see here 5x5
for that 2 week, i can go up till 100kg for bench press (lets say) bt nw 60kg im shaking...
wonder anyone experience all this? or everyone keep going heavier after each week..
It's not important how much you can lift but how much you LOOK like you can lift. Strength, though important are secondary priority in bodybuilding. What's the point of going so heavy if all you can do are 5 measly reps and/or poor form? If whatever you're doing works, why try to change it too much? If it ain't broken don't fix it. Simple enough? All this 5 x 5, Doggcrapp, Madcow, etc, they're just market gimmicks when it still all stems from the good old basics, all they did was modify it here and there and they say it's a new training program.
I'm mean for the normal people if he follow the right information and right way to work out handworkingly. how long the time it may take to shape up a lean body?
It depends on too many factors. Basal metabolic rate, lean body mass/fat ratio, diet, exercise methods. The list goes on. One thing I'll say is you need consistency. Period.
No point pumping to failure and having 6 meals of cheeseburgers
Uhmm.... I was severely caloric deficient so I had a Mega Mac and 2 double fillet o fish burgers and was tempted to have one more double grilled chicken burger. That was.... a few days ago.

hahahaha, i felt myself died a little inside the first time a friend of time showed me the video
Heh... there was this female member at the gym. I got quite close to her. She asked me how to do a tricep kickback properly. Despite me trying so many times to teach her, she still couldn't get it. So i just said imagine trying to jerk off a black guy's d!ck from the back. She said ewww... you're gross!!
But you know what? Her form was perfect after that.
That number do shows a different hmmm. But i feel that the second routine can go heavy, but the first one is harder... Before this i can hardly go further than 6 reps for 184lbs but after few months on the first routine i somehow getting stronger :S

Heh.... I remember a few days ago i was seriously carb depleted. I couldn't get any pump in the gym at all and I was looking flat. I think i made the mistake of doing cardio and going on a caloric deficit and overdoing it. So.... I went to the mamak and had one maggi goreng, one indomee goreng and 2 grilled chicken breast and a bit of nasi lemak. Then in the morning bam! This pump i had when i flexed in the mirror. Hell man.... i badly needed that damn cheat meal. It's not something i would do often though.
