ER is not a landed super link house. At best it's a low rise strata apartments. |

One have to go to the site and see for themselves before deciding to grab a unit there. |

Yes, the difference is you own a whole block which looks like a walk-up apartment to me. Seriously this is only for youngsters and also to promote a healthy lifestyle climbing up and down 4 stories everyday. |

It's coming up to 3 years since meh started selling Empire Residence. How is Meh going to handle late delivery? Automatic send cheques to buyers or deduct off final price?
