Good = L shape balcony c bigger view gua summore is bungalow type coz not share view (bukan can c those bungalow in bunga rampai, tanjung etc oh )

Bad= extra 30-40 sqft mayb cant c much thing but pay a bit extra

I never anticipated the Bangalore view for type A when booked. The only thing that came into my mind is the Swimming pool view, but now, I'm a little worried about the Bangalore diluting the good view.

In my opinion, the best type so far, is Type D, not too high, somewhere around 9 - 13, so its good view from the balcony to the garden. Potential Klcc view (if Unit1).

A is smaller in size (because of the window, instead of the second balcony) which result in cheaper price, same with a L shape balcony, overseeing the Bangalore, my only wish is for UOA to somehow beautify or block the Bangalore as much as they can. I will be truly grateful about that.

Also, it is important to know of how far the distance between the building from the bangalore (those that near the bridge). My biggest fear is that i stay too close and hence, the view too "good"

Type A is nombor 9 and 10 wor not nombor 1 coz nombor 1 is Type D

D is 1530 wo...
A is 14xx wo...

wont la wont too near to the bungalow la..

Bangalore is a City la LOL it should b bungalow
takan u wanna address these bungalow as bungalore coz of their "view" ?

yaya i typo. i terbalik A & D, i meant to say D is the best type, not too high i mean around 9 - 13 floor, because if u are too high, u will only get eagle view to the garden.

this SA ckp hor it will b 1 refinery in our own compound... tapi letak maner.... gua tak tau weh.. coz itu SA sendiri ckp dia pun tak tau :S

SG depends on where the treasure chest is, the quality, finishing, final specs, the S&P lar...... Anyway, there are more than 10ft ceiling that I am looking at.

Apparently my drawing that day not true, the way from furlong still accessible. Its just the bridge no more. But still can detour around it.
