Good Customer Service = May improve sales = May Improve business
Great products and great value = Great Sales = don't need great customer service

UOA probably thinks  SG  falls in the second case!!

What do you think?
*
i dun agree with the statement as well. Customer always come in the first place always, or else no more reputation from public one day.

Open to target the people around that area I guess. Maybe some spillover from 288.

Not show unit so nothing interesting.

why give up SG instead of 288? Bad experiences with the developer or 288 better buy?

To UOA,

With regards to the recent preview of Setapak Green Project, many of us at http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1584595/+440, were concerned with the recent article published in The Edge (as per attachment) stated it as apartment, instead of Condominium.

Would require your clarification and details on the above.

Thank you.

SG panel or 288? 288 definite but UOA don't think so. HSBC now is very aggressive in providing competitive loan facilities unlike previously.

apartment, instead of Condominium.
A Premium high end Apartment with facilities is a Condominium. In BM it is called Pangsapuri Mewah!!!!

Fair definition?

coz the lower capital cost in 288 and can think of other investment in other places. Lower DP, higehr selling price, not like SG just give 7+1 to member (lower price stated in S&P) and our selling price later is lower. Bear in mind that appreciation value is based on the buying price in S&P. Somemore, i trust in firmer paper (not just told by paper without confirmation)
i dislike those planning keep on changing and a bit dissapointed with them in my previous project from them.

Sorry, i have given up SG. So all my discussion regarding the banker approval is related to 288 only. I am unsure HSBC is their panel?
