[/quote] coz the lower capital cost in 288 and can think of other investment in other places. Lower DP, higehr selling price, not like SG just give 7+1 to member (lower price stated in S&P) and our selling price later is lower. Bear in mind that appreciation value is based on the buying price in S&P. Somemore, i trust in firmer paper (not just told by paper without confirmation) i dislike those planning keep on changing and a bit dissapointed with them in my previous project from them.
