Little comments for this visit.

[1] Setapak Green seem faster progress than 288 jor. smile.gif
[2] A lot of haze outside of Setapak Green... sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif
[3] Big size of lorry in and out. The site is very busy..... rclxub.gif
[4] Level six seem almost completed and Level seven is on progress from Left and Right.... laugh.gif
[5] Hopefully it will complete as soon as possible (with quality)... So that I can move in earlier... rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Btw just wanna ask for your point of view. I went to SG showroom before and found out the car park is located beside the building which means the residents need to have some longer walking distance (taking the bridge connected that available in every two floors instead of every floor) to reach the main lift that brings them up to their unit respectively. What do you think about this since you are the one buying but I'm not. No offense ya bro just wanna have some new perspective or idea for this kind of design. smile.gif

If can choose, definitely better if car park at bottom, but then, they will need to make it 30 storey high to accomodate 2 parking per unit. But then. They could make it lesser floor per building by making it a second building to cover. Still, it could also be the soil problem, where it can't build up a second building.

The walk distance not as far as being a problem. Having the car parks building at side, it gives the benefit of space and green, which is exactly sg selling point.

I've seen some of the condo in Penang are doing this way as well. Is that any other condo in Setapak or KL doing the car park separately like SG?

Yo!! Fc taiko interested to get a sg unit?? I think they got a premium unit now as a piece of hot cake selling!! Take it before u regret !!

To ur doubt, instead they are a lot condo... Which has bigger acre of build up might having this design. As wat hidden kor said.. And in addition point the separate carpark building cost is lower. I also Lerner from tailor here...smile.gif

Anyway I'm totally running out of "bullet" now. I wish I can get one for SG, but the entry cost is too high now, some more if I really take SG, it will be my 3rd prop, need to prepare at least 150k due to LTV70%. Where to find those money? sad.gif sad.gif sad.gif

Indirectly related to DIBS (Developer Interest Bear Scheme) scheme also, I think.

As the letter is for informing you that asking the bank to release money. Once the portion of money is release by the bank, the developer will pay for the interest. We are not required to start installment as developer will handle the interest part for us. We only pay after the Setapak Green is fully be completed. smile.gif

Yea the letters are just part of the procedures to keep the buyers informed and updated, all other "fees" will leave to the bank and developer to settle. The buyers no need to worry as long as it's under DIBS. smile.gif
