hey guys, wana ask is it possible to check with governent land office about the ground condition of SG? coz i heard there are cases where the ground is not safe for high rise construction. SG land is quite close to the river. so wondering if it's stable enough.

Since the Developer is UOA, not much to worry imo. But im sure u can give it a try to check with land office. No such experience before.
