Guys the SA just called and said that my unit is already given to some one else,totally unprofesional and I already pay the booking fees even.They definitely piss off the wrong customer and try to take me for a ride.

They are still investigating the matter,I don't know much about UOA,so I don't know how they will respond to this.Maybe they will just refund my 10K.

Guys thank you for the support,I have just forfeit and in the process of getting back my booking fees. I will let this slide as I don't have time to handle this kind of issue right now,anyway,my search for my first property continues.
They say it could take 3 weeks before I can get the cheque,this really cost me opportunity ,since my 10K is essentially locked now.Not to mention lost opportunity in owning a good unit,I don't want to take up other unit as me and my fiancee don't take this matter lightly since we felt like we being played by UOA.
