Your life insurance very big then. My one not enough, so just add a minimum 5 years one to get BLR - 2.4 lor.... Long term is good for this additional 0.1%.... smile.gif

I agree with you... MRTA is useless for a property that not for long staying.... Anyway, I bought this MRTA is because for the additional 0.1% wo... It is a lot... Consider as the MRTA is free (Pun Mai Pun Soong).... Haha.... rclxms.gif

0.1% = RM 25 p.m...

MRTA = 2100 kam...

If after completion 7 years then only sell, which mean MRTA is free and the following years enjoy for the lower 0.1% interest.... Hohohoho~

If sell after 5 years zhun zhun after completion (to avoid government tax charges), which mean I "rugi" RM600 only.. But RM 600 buy for 5 years big pure life insurance (without 36CI) is quite CHEAP, I feel....

The above just my point of view... No offense... ^^
