sorry for late reply...was in meeting... er i can't really share the details here yet thanks hiddie for understanding althought the price is on par... but a lot of thing dunno how 2 compare such as we do not hava jaccuzi, do not have sauna do not have BBQ area 288 has jacuzzi, BBQ Area, 1 car park 2 lifts. free table tops and electrical appliances and intercoms, water feature landscape in entrance, 4 tier security entrance SG has 6 lifts, 2 car park but din c the rest probably all not finalize the maintenance price for SG is from RM250-RM280 Everything above is what i see and wat i get. Do not quote me for anything oh as for the layout units the SA said most likely are alerayd confirmed... |
