1) Far away
2) Transport not so convenient for them
3) Expensive

even PV8 oso lesser compare to the rest PVs.

anyway Jln Bunga Tanjung there got 1 entrance bukak for lorry masuk to SG site.. really hope the local authority will approve SG to maintain that door

i dunno wat lorry do inside there wat la maybe deliver batu or etc ke..
