they up the price bcoz the size sudah jadi big

8th Oct 2010 - cheaper bcoz smaller
9th Oct 2010 - onwards bigger size hence more expensive.

not really..

coz i counted base on our booking on 8th Oct booking and
after 8th Oct booking

after the 7-8% pricing still around 300psf.
if not yet discount wil lb around 320-330psf

if that piece of land is UOA punya then can but if the compound is disputable then susah sikit lets c how the SA con us.

i think not connected to new road. i really hope they close it so those from biscuit kilang (if u understand wat i said) can still go to bangunan furlong but until there is dead end

i am now banking to hope that Jln Bunga Tanjung got 1 entrance for us so tat we got double entrance can come from 222/288 wide road and oso jln bungan tanjung then we can skip 2 traffic light

er dunno maybe yes and no gua?

the biggest i ever since is almost 2700 sqft for single floor whereas duplex biggest i saw is around 8000sqft.

They are good & bad la

Good = L shape balcony c bigger view gua summore is bungalow type coz not share view (bukan can c those bungalow in bunga rampai, tanjung etc oh tongue.gif)

Bad= extra 30-40 sqft mayb cant c much thing but pay a bit extra

Jyst my 2 cents

tadi gua baru go gasak wif SA regarding itu indah water for our SG...

this SA ckp hor it will b 1 refinery in our own compound... tapi letak maner.... gua tak tau weh.. coz itu SA sendiri ckp dia pun tak tau :S

eh by the way, itu 288 punya interest is BLR - 2.3 i hope our SG pun sama la sad.gif
