yes u r correct but bare in mind that Bangsar South is already a MSC Cyber Centre
1 million or not i have no idea. prolly 6-700K or anything i dun really have any idea.
Build excellence is in terms of quality not as in premier life style...
this is just my IMO. like u said is our expectation, hence i always lower down my expectation so tat i wont get disappointed LOLzz....
like cannon oso pull out bcoz it's just a normal condo somemore dun have jacuzzi, dun have sauna, etc etc well i oso know park residence dun have dunno y....
i do not expect SG to built something similar to Park Residence

PS1 was built during our secondary school days and it's also different standard
like u said PS2 is much expensive but u dunno see how good is the spec and exactly i will assume this would be the same as our SG..
