i dun think our SG can have the look and quality of Park Residence so let alone Binjai 8. That's totally way not possible at all as it's different status and level.

what i expect for SG is probably maybe like PS2 gombak or perhaps PS1 only..

For the 400-600K in Setapak i dun think they will make it like Park Residences. Prolly even can't beat 288 design..

Build excellence is in terms of quality not as in premier life style...

and oso i change is coz of the unit layout

Type D a bit unique compare to ABC

Type D 1st thing open door can't c balcony --> good
2nd thing = the master bed room door doesn't face toilet door directly

like wise the rest of ABC,

all their master bed room door face directly to the toilet and oso once v open the door can c the balcony directly

so not so good..
