It's a subjective question, how to help you? Give us your answer and we'll help you to rephrase them.

If your current salary is low but starting salary is even lower, then you can point this out to the interviewer. It means that you have make progress in your job. Or if you got higher bonus compared to the average bonus in your company, the interviewer will add mark because it implies you are a good performer in your company.

How much you think it should be?
From here you know their willingness to pay for the post you applied for.

An interview is suppose to be an open communication, to probe candidate for their response, not just answers or be judgemental.

1) They are judging you on your previous low salary. So what ? That's one of the reason you want to change job and go for interview. Furthermore, what it has got to do (the low salary) with the interview progress ?

2) Another judging, i.e. interviewer already fixed the mindset. That's the reason you look for job and go for interview, right ?

3) subjective. You work 12 hours a day, but if productivity/results/accuracy (less error) is worse than someone who works 8 hours, it's no use.

4) same as #3

5) again, refer #1 and #2

6) your strength (or own SWOT analysis) - this question is relevant.
KPI is subjective for different companies. On the method/tabulation, or use what as the key indicators ?

7) Again, not relevant and judgemental question. But I give 10% marks for the 2nd part of the question. There is no right/wrong answer. It's to probe how you response to the question, and elaborate from there to argue your case.
e.g. smoking to me, is like taking a small break, like going to washroom, or make a cup of coffee, take a breath, clear up my mind, so that when I come back to my table, I can resume work with some fresh ideas.
But if you take a ciggie break once every 1-2 hours, that's shakehead.gif
Or if your job is factory/operation/cycle related, without the need to think, i.e. all steps are prepared, then you don't need a ciggie/coffee break, except the ones already in schedule.

If you smoke then likely the boss don't like smokers. If you don't smoke then this is not a problem.
If you smoker no matter how you answer this question you will still end up losing points.

I have a smoker EX- staff missing in action about twenty minutes for few times a day, taking his puff outside the stairs. So unless your job involved travelling on the road most time it has some bearing on your job whether you are smoker or not.

Hi guys, i need some of your idea.. let say i put RM5k as my expected salary, until the negotiation part..normally they will reduce it to RM4.5K. How i am going to convince them to increase another Rm200 or RM300 to make it 4.8K as final agreement?

Seriously, if you can command a 5k salary you should know how to negotiate your remuneration package.

Hi guys,

I got a few example question as below:

1.) Are you a team player?

2.) What applicable attributes do you have for this position?

3.) Give a specific example of a time when you used good judgment and logic in solving a problem.

4.) Describe a situation when you were able to strengthen a relationship by communicating effectively.

5.) How do you handle problem with customers? Give me an example.

6.) Describe a major change that occurred in a job that you held. How did you adapt to this change?

I am going for an interview next Monday, the job scope is more on technical side (automotive industry). Your help is highly appreciated.. thank you..

People who say they are team player are actually not. I will not say I am but I know when to follow instruction and when to lead should it be required.

Smile a lot. Agree and apologize. Pin point problem and solve with in guidelines if possible or seek high authority for flexibility.

Then interviewer will think you "pandai pandai want to jawab balik" attitude. Its better to "buat bodoh" ask to test waters.
