So Just for ur info..
Some question it pick from ur salary...
An interview is suppose to be an open communication, to probe candidate for their response, not just answers or be judgemental.
1) They are judging you on your previous low salary. So what ? That's one of the reason you want to change job and go for interview. Furthermore, what it has got to do (the low salary) with the interview progress ?
2) Another judging, i.e. interviewer already fixed the mindset. That's the reason you look for job and go for interview, right ?
3) subjective. You work 12 hours a day, but if productivity/results/accuracy (less error) is worse than someone who works 8 hours, it's no use.
4) same as #3
5) again, refer #1 and #2
6) your strength (or own SWOT analysis) - this question is relevant.
KPI is subjective for different companies. On the method/tabulation, or use what as the key indicators ?
7) Again, not relevant and judgemental question. But I give 10% marks for the 2nd part of the question. There is no right/wrong answer. It's to probe how you response to the question, and elaborate from there to argue your case.
e.g. smoking to me, is like taking a small break, like going to washroom, or make a cup of coffee, take a breath, clear up my mind, so that when I come back to my table, I can resume work with some fresh ideas.
But if you take a ciggie break once every 1-2 hours, that's
Or if your job is factory/operation/cycle related, without the need to think, i.e. all steps are prepared, then you don't need a ciggie/coffee break, except the ones already in schedule.
