Yes. Forgetful is a weakness, but you can put it in another way, on how to improve it. Get a notebook/diary/device to write down reminder, etc.

Not familiar with road can be a weakness, depending on your job scope (e.g. travelling support/salesman/etc.) Again, state on how you can improve it. Buy map, GPS device, etc.

An interview is suppose to be an open communication, to probe candidate for their response, not just answers or be judgemental.

1) They are judging you on your previous low salary. So what ? That's one of the reason you want to change job and go for interview. Furthermore, what it has got to do (the low salary) with the interview progress ?
