is this game really good? cause ign bashed the game on the review
i need more thoughts and opinions about the game
im a final fantasy and mmorpg fan

If u want to play FFXIV, dont compare with WOW, Ragnarok Online, Perfect World, and all Chinese Game......

Coz FFXIV have their own unique gameplay and interface......

720p no degraded ,, many ps3 game 720p but still look nice in 40" LCD.
PS3 hardware not as power current PC so 720p is very expected.

Aiya Rumour saja....just wait until release...maybe by the time..they already polish the system and interface..and can play at HD resolution..and that what ps3 is for rite?

I used to play alot of mmo likes WoW, Warhammer, Aion, LOTR, D&D, etc.. i found ffxiv very difficult to cope. Its not like everything instant, like when you want to speak to an npc, 1st you need to target the npc > hit enter (delay 1sec) > menu shows up > select specific (delay 1sec) > another menu shows up > so on and so on.. So its take alot of patience to play this game.. Very slow pace indeed. For me its new never tried this kinda experience b4, the game is still early so theres alot to fix. So time to time this could be a good game after all the fixes and adjustment but also have chances to be not much of changes.

for me if you thinking of upgrading your pc or buying a new gaming pc and planning to try out on MMO, this might be the one for you coz the graphic is absolutely gorgeous and the sound is superb too. Gameplay its ok if dont mind a little slow, and playing an MMO with joypad its kinda cool.. but if looking for fast pace, pvp, and rich pve content (already) then you can count FFXIV out coz its simply not ready.

myself gonna give it a try until end of year, hope everything goes smooth and steady ..
