Quite fast? it was like this somewhere August and same thing now.. rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

Anyway, it's DIBS. they are paying for the interest. As long as not abandon project, should be ok

Anyone knows how many sqft NLA is the mall? Website says a 4 storey retail podium with boutique retail outlets..

I think if the mall is mid sized (NLA 700k) it should be anchored by a small clothing retailer, furniture retailer like Index Living and a 8 screen cinema.

The potential of the mall is great as the LRT n KTM connectivity will greatly increase footfall.

2 bedroom is the best layout... U so lucky. Last heard was fully sold.. Left Loft unit. Insider letting go? They also no confident in this dev?

Read from Propwall that setia said they will launch vs2 2017 (I guess to allow market to absorb)
Vs1 VP 2017/2018, if they launch VS2 2017 most likely start construction 2018 and another 5 years before VP. How about Vs3, another 5 years? Endless construction until 2028?
Imagine living there with construction on going, especially those facing vs2 and vs3...
If I am a tenant, I will think very carefully before renting it..

As I sent email to the developer few weeks ago and asked if they have any units to sell, they told me that there are only 3 units left (my 2-bedroom unit and 2 loft units). So, I finally bought my 2-bedroom unit at almost RM1,300 psf after 3% discount. Good deal?!

Just knew that from u guys from the past pages in this chatroom, there will be 1+1% referral bonus... 😭😭😭 if I knew that beforehand, I will ask out there if anyone wants to share the referral bonus with me, as we are the consumer and we always want to spend less...
