i googled around and found some topics about GOW3 audio problem.. something related to DTS/Dolby stuff.. QUOTE The stars align and the Gods smirk as my phone rings...it's my wife. So back into the XMB audio setting...uncheck the DTS box. Try again...with a pride-filled "you-gotta-be-f'n-kidding-me!" moment I'm sudenly engulfed in a glorious symphony of surround sound rattling my room sending my dogs scratching for the door to be let out. i have ps3 160gb white ver. that having a problem.seems like mobo problem.  i want to ask what is the easiest/cheapest way to claim warranty?the place that i bought the ps3 cannot help me send the ps3.only 1 year technical service warranty. |

easiest way is you send by yourself coz register for warranty that time is yourself keying in your personal detail..and they might need to question for it sometimes

Hi everyone. I just got my ps3 few days ago so im still new to all this. I was looking through the sale threads to buy games n i see everyone mentioning regions like R1 and R3. Could someone pls explain how this affects me? i bought mine from Sony in KL..thanks!

R - region where the game selling for + online server located..R1 is US, R2 for euro and R3 for Asia..If u play offline then no need to care about the Region thingy |

hey guys, i posted something up at the broadband section already. but maybe you guys have more experience with this cause its my ps3 and unfortunately my apple products that get disconnected from unifi way too often.
apparently i have to set up a 2nd router to by pass the router provided by unifi right?
can any one help me here? thanks.

im using this,  ill be using this headphone want to connect to ps3, anyone know where to get female audio and microphone jack to usb like this  btw any good external fans, not the pega slim stand fan, i heard is useless. |

It needs a driver? Wow... I thought it never did need em'. Well in that case you can get these sorta thing in LYP or Imbi Plaza I think? Otherwise what I used to do was using the PS3, A/V audio-in to soundcard and then soundcard audio out to the headphones. Works without issues, even if using the stereo cables will give you only 2.0 you can always use the soundcard to emulate 5.1. |
