It is not a good time for Celcom to enter iP4 market right now. Maxis & Digi already sapu almost all iP4 fans. Maybe they plan to start with iP5.

@vampire its never a bad time for Celcom. they have the widest coverage of the 3 networks, and the most flexibility for plans n call packages.

agreed. Maxis line sux.. digi ok ok la. celcom superb. BB RM118 package for my GF damn fast. so happy.

now wait my turn to get ip4 package.. hopefully..

Recently i just bought a 3GS and use it with my CELCOM BIS.

However, i discover some issue to be discussed here:

1. Recently phone always get disconnected after few seconds and it take me to call many times before i can get through to reconnect thru voice call (someone told me that this is common issue for OS4, true?)

2. HOw to overcome that 3G network cant connect back automatically after disconnect due to voice call? while D and M are still connected always...

Any forumer have come across to these issue ?

Right now i'm using BiS plan with my iphone 4. No issue at all.

cool for celcom. more provider more competition more offer.

if celcom bring in iphone 4 i will go for it.... sadly no news yet.. long waiting game...

Anyone having problems with iPhone4 and Celcom broadband? I do, my phone can't detect the Celcom broadband. I'm not sure whether it's the phone or the line. What should I do?

have you tried resetting the network setting? last time i can't connect to the internet while in uk, in malaysia i can surf the web and i tried resetting the network setting and it work

malaysia celcom and in uk O2 now back in malaysia celcom, celcom no data plan but subscribe the daily or weekly whenever i go back to hometown where no internet access

general > reset (at the bottom) > reset network settings

@qawyhamz yes i did, still doesn't work for me. now am trying to reset my phone back to factory setting. sigh.. even maxis centre dunno wad kind of problem that is. been bashing celcom centre as well.. haha.. too bad, still cant use celcom broadband on my iphone 4.

Hi... I'm a Celcom user too... Can't stand waiting any longer, I bought an outright purchase model from Maxis and use it with my Celcom line (custom simcard modification) and it works well... I have yet to upgrade my simcard to micro sim and it seems like this might triggers issues like network connectivity?

Anybody else having issue using IP4 with Celcom micro sim so far?

BB Torch and Nokia C3 is done..Next possibility new attraction is Iphone 4 or just Nokia N8, or focusing on android phone? wait within this this week ..hurm..

My inside info says they won't launch until January... But if they can settle somethings it might launch in Dec... Their exact words last month when maxis and digi launched was either Q4 or Q1 .. recent chat was more skewed to Q1...

Apparently its going to be packaged differently .. not sure how though..

If they are smart then just sell it at retail price with some free broadband, and airtime credited monthly and go chase the students who just got their loans or scholarships kekekekekek ... no one change line because want the free airtime every month (students la)

I tested out torch last week before the launch... i hated everything about it LOL

No problem with my wifes then again she has been at home for the past month (just gave birth) we haven't really "field tested" it yet ..

I think in general celcom's network has been problematic lately... even some internal staff are complaining LOL
