Guys,

I just received the MaxisOneClub sms for priority lane. Will be there at 12am to queue for Iphone 4.

Question -

1. Do i need change my simcard to micro sim before going there?
2. Or will they actually change for us when purchasing the phone (additional charges)?

Thanks

When you change, must you present your old sim card? Because i lost my old one just today, but i want to maintain the number, without having to present the old one but just get a new microsim one.

Anyone know whether maxis provide up to date bandwidth usage on their web site? so it's easy for us to monitor the usage.

Making my way out to Gardens now. Dinner first then scouting the location with on-the-spot tweets and pics. Pics will only be on my tweets, to save from flooding this thread with pics. Probably will be posting just one or two screenshots here only.

Do you guys need a meet up thread for tonite's launch? Let me know.

I'll set it up.

That's probably a good idea. I'll be there with a couple other forumers so if a dedicated thread is up, then easier to arrange meetups.

I'll be there with my MiFi so FaceTime is definitely a go. Ample power supply too with my portable external battery.

Asked a lady at the Gardens Maxis just now, she said that it is based on first come first serve basis and the confirmation code that we bring along is just to confirm our attendance to listen about the features of the iPhone 4. Must be giving me fake info.

Later on i called my friend in Maxis to confirm with the guy who is organizing the whole event, he told me that as long as i have a confirmation code, they have reserved a unit for me. I really hope so. And i hope they will not let people without confirmation code to buy the iPhone 4 tonight.

i think it is bullshit just listening to speculations people.

if they want your details and what plans you want to be on and also to know what time of the day u going to be coming. I am pretty sure they have an IPhone reserved for you if you are eligible.

i marvel the maturity level of the people getting the iphone.
now i know why android users are laughing about us iphone users.
cause if judging by the way this has gone, i would to.

grow up ppl
