just bought new desire and it has market place.
after update to 2.2, market place gone already. is this standard thing?when you guys said market place is it referring this website www .android.com/marketplace?
what is nandroid backup?is it must down before install custome rom?
what is asds+ and asds?do i really need to have this?if yes, where can i get it?

This is a well known problem of htc....
It is not a real multitouch due to the touch panel it applied.....
There is some software or kernel outside that reduce the flipping problem for certain htc phones with same problem...
unfortunately it doesn't work on desire yet, not sure why...

nandroid backup is backup your current rom which is like you backup your whole windows for laptop....
you can ignore nandroid if you lazy, but it can return your phone to the nandroid stage instead something bad happen when you install new rom...
for a2sd, please refer to 1st post, there are clear description there....

my desire battery use in android system running 96%, how to less use the android system, cell standby and phone idle only run 2%....need a help !!!!!

you need to check which app is causing your phone to stay awake.
any apps or widgets newly added?
or try restarting your phone?
some times they sort of hang and refuse to shut down and consume the CPU time.

ERM, WHERE I CAN CHECK WHICH APP STILL RUNNING ????
i use advanced task manager kill it does it still something i miss it???
should i nid force stop some app in manage application?
i restart my phone and on back again, the android system is drop but after 3 or 4 days...my android system will bek to 96% ....

battery life sucks.even after doing the double-your-battery-life tricks

with not so heavy tweeting/facebooking and browsing,1 whole night (midnight till 7am) charging only can tahan until 4pm

amazing phone.shameful battery life

My fren on a Nexus One gets only 5hrs of use. Wifi/3G on all the time, light browsing, no games.

many will have that problem.
not all will be the same cause.
you need to identify which app is causing it.
google the apps you have and see any of them turn up saying it's badly coded?
we can't tell you coz we use different apps.

erm..my phone is consuming average 3% an hour.
can last me 20 hrs without problem

usually on titanium backup, back all user apps or all system data, or user apps + system data??

which wan u choose and why?

i prefer to backup user apps only....
When you are changing one rom to another, system data might crash if you restore everything....
so to make it simple, i backup user apps only then when restore i can just fully restore them without going through the systems data 1 by 1...

i have questions, can i use a2sd+ function without flashing my desire with custom rom?
fyi my phone already rooted..

IINM, green means safe to restore, red means might cause problem, and the line one means uninstall or haven install....

you can find mod original rom with a2sd+ only~~
but you need to partition your sd card to enabler a2sd+...
