my desire battery use in android system running 96%, how to less use the android system, cell standby and phone idle only run 2%....need a help !!!!!

ERM, WHERE I CAN CHECK WHICH APP STILL RUNNING ????
i use advanced task manager kill it does it still something i miss it??? should i nid force stop some app in manage application? i restart my phone and on back again, the android system is drop but after 3 or 4 days...my android system will bek to 96% ....
