I'm maxis prepaid user. I subscribed to 500MB monthly data. Now its a few more days to the end of the month and I used only about 50MB. I used to browse fb, read news etc. But I only on when needed la. I don't see how I can ever finish using so much data especially when so many areas have free wifi nowadays. doh.gif

any auraxtsense 8.0 users feel that this particular Rom is really laggy? especially after linking fb contacts..?

in what way is it laggy?

I'm on 8.0, already synced to fb, I don't experience any lag that is significant enough to call it "really laggy"
in fact, I feel that its actually smoother compared to 7.6.1 hmm.gif

mine even starts to lag when I'm drawing the security pattern. it recently started getting really slow after I synced contacts with fb. it temporary stops lagging for a moment after restarting the phone

no idea then, because I don't experience such lag
could it be one of the applications running in the background that is causing the lag?

frns i really need a serious help now.....

i installed auratsense 8.0 in my desire wid the help of rom manager... it installed well i guess..
now my screen is locked at an animated page i guess it's of Nexus one. n it's continuously jst showing dat screen frm last 20 mins.... would appreciate if ya'll can help me.....

Just download from the market. After download, go to ur app drawer, there should be app2sd app in there, just click on that to use it.

To partition ur sd, u need to download 'rom manager' app from market.

If all of those have been made, and still u cannot set default installation location, means u have to flash to custom rom. If u like sense ui, just flash to sensr based rom such as auraxtsense. Im using it now. Go to here to download : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=796255

Use rom manager to flash to new rom. I wont teach u here how, there's a lot of tutorial on how to flash rom using rom manager. It just easy as abc.

man i did it.. as u said.. downloaded it frm dere n even flashed it..
but now m stuck frm lst 35 mins in an animated screen.....
how long does it takes to boot for the first time....
wat should i do next... ?????

can't be cause I've been using the same apps for leedroid before moving to aurax

finalzz : try disabling auracpu 1st and reboot...see if it lags after that...

Hey guys got a few questions, hope you all don't mind it ya smile.gif

1) Is there any significant difference between Desire's HTC Sense and the 2 latest/newest HTC Sense in Desire Z&HD? If yes, mind stating it? smile.gif
2)Does the current batch of Desire come with AMOLED or S-LCD? I hear there's no more production for the AMOLED version?
3)I hear about poor battery life and high temperatures, mind commenting?
