What so special about the black colour only? Nothing more in hardware or software?

Stupid with the 5k+ price tag

X-S1 is same sensor as used for the X10. Great if you want to zoom....

Anyone have the sticky aperture blades problem? How long does it take to service it via FujiFilm. The camera is amazing but this manufacturing defect is a big turn off.

Added on February 18, 2012, 11:20 pm@velma, sorry didn't realised you answered my query, anyway I did get it from ShaShinKi and yeah the hood was a bit bent, but the adaptor is fine.

Maybe, I just got mine with a 13M serial number. Perhaps the ones that are manufactured in 2012 are not prone to this I think. What's your shutter count like?

I'm much of a RAW format user. But does the color in JPEG produce stunning tones that you don't even need to use Lightroom to enhance it? icon_question.gif

You're lucky, I wish my camera didn't have that problem. Anyway, sent it over to Fujifilm and they need to "verify" if what i'm saying is true. Hope to get a replacement.

So far, well for me, I like to add saturation and blacks, but unedited JPGs are very satisfactory. I'm no pro though. smile.gif
