I don't consider myself taiko. Holding few property is very normal when you have started 15 years ago. After all during 2009/2010 price is still very cheap and and the low FD rate with hig inflation and none stop of GST can influence you to just buy it.  Afterall if you still holding it. It is merely paper gain and you don't see your bank acocunts have huge $$.
