Its not worth to buy duplex with upper floor. Quality of the upper floor is lousy with cheap flooring. You can check out Empire Subang SOHO. The duplex ceiling height not accordance to minimum requirement and will have same inferior design as Empire Subang. But dont worry, this developer will still able to obtain the CF.
