at 300k is still possible, not too sure breaking 300k for a pigeon hole.  but, if hk & singapore are already doing that, it is only a matter of time.  that time could be very long down the road.

Flora sucks, i blamed the mgt. Like a cowboy town, car park everywhere, swimming pool got no water, vandalism, non existence security etc.etc. endless
the $ will never go up unless they change the mgt

Why? I change my games in this DP

1) During launch. We were told  "walking distance to MRT". The Actual distance is more than 1 km. Weather  & crime rate in this part of town just don't seem possible

2) Highway and more new highway.

3) More supply around sg buluh side, nearby side or the kepong side.  This Damansara Perdana early stages don't have high supply. Now, suddenly everyone building more and plan to build more.

4) I think, if don't sell now. Future will have hard time to sell/ rent out

5) Wanted to stay in Cheras areas a) Near to relative & family b)Cheras is not high density yet due to "many" hills sorrounding c)chinese areas  d) bought a unit which is walking distance.

But I still hope I am wrong and wishes other buyer good luck with the project.

I believe tikaram bro do bought the unit. He dont have to BS, no benefit. Important now for him is the market dont go south, otherwise he will be in deep shit try to flip so many units at one time. Amazing that he put himself in the down down down camp, hoping to burn himself right? Haha..
One wont be so stupid still buying whn he dont feel good bout the market. Maybe out of anxiety, he did that? Haha..Relax bro, market still ok, only steel bar price down a bit.
