1) During launch. We were told  "walking distance to MRT". The Actual distance is more than 1 km. Weather  & crime rate in this part of town just don't seem possible

5) Wanted to stay in Cheras areas a) Near to relative & family b)Cheras is not high density yet due to "many" hills sorrounding c)chinese areas  d) bought a unit which is walking distance.

But I still hope I am wrong and wishes other buyer good luck with the project.
