the landscaping makes it like really a high end condo... the price when launched last time is considred CHEAP by today standard.
It is FREEHOLD.

some question. many agents told me to buy now to 'lock' the price before VP. and sign SnP before even apply a loan. the SnP effective upon project completion. is that case?
before secure a loan and sign SnP we might at the risk that deposit burned in case loan rejected?
