Empire Damansara is located near the LDP toll (Further than even the expensive Neo Damansara). Even the prestigious Surian Residence located in prime Mutiara Damansara (Freehold Land) is only RM 600-700 psqft. What makes u think Empire is better than Mutiara Damansara (Leasehold land) especially when the developer is shaddy compared to Boustead?cannot say like that , sure got ppl with pay 1 ...KL area , new development already Rm2000 psf ...also got ppl buy ...if 400000/448 , still < Rm900 psf ....much more cheaper then 2000 psf ..hahah |

when launch, price is from 220k , each floor increase 2k...
