average selling now rm270k n above
got 1 agent even quote me rm300k for the 363sqft

I m looking for a unit 363sqft at rm260k.ready buyer
any owners willing to let go can pm me

I thought RPGT affects all current properties as well regardless when they were bought? From the sound of this conversation it only applies starting in 2014?

for empire damansara, spa in early 2010 i think... if sellers sell now.. only subject to 10% rpgt.. if play correctly can be waive as the 10% gain can be smaller than 10k.

if sell next year, it's within year 4-5, ie 15% rpgt. then this cant get the 10k exemption anymore

I remember went to the sale when it was unofficially launched, price around RM150K to RM200K++, if remember correctly, for buyer reference...
