Hi guys, beware if this contractor in empire damansara name Jack and his company name M & S DI JAYA RESOURCES.
How i get his contact is actually he left his A4 advertising paper at the management office. At that time wanted to do some minor work, to install lights and repair plaster ceilings with hole and paint the ceiling and clean the whole place. First meet up with him he seems to be a nice guy and telling me he will do a good job and telling me he is a honest guy. He told me the whole empire damansara owner call him to do reno. Ok i trusted him and let him do cause i need to handover for my tenant. He wanted deposit so i pay him. But the next day went he start a job he totslly different person, workmanship like cock and din even paint my ceiling and clean the floor. I ask him did u paint my ceiling he said yes, i told him u lied.. The ceiling still org and the patchy stuff is still there. I said the floor is not clean too and he told me, to him the floor is clean. I took out my shoes and walk with my bare foot and my foot color is black...i show him my foot, then he can tell me today no cleaner, WTF...ok fine...i told him i need to deduct ur fee's since u din paint the ceiling and floor. He gets angry he told me he work here all the time and i better watch out for my unit. Im frustrated and yet i pay him cause im worried he will disturbed my tenant. So guy pls beware with this JACK, a real ******* and conmen.
I dun mind paying this ******* but is the trust, becoz i tot he can be trusted and finish the job. End up i need to call cleaner and another contractor finish his job.. Thats my experience with him. Thx

At the end of the day, everyone is protected except for the buyer.
Looking at the photos, is the unit habitable with electricity and water?
A lawyer will argue the unit is dirty and they forgot to clean up and have some defects.
Thus the architect sign off.

Posting photos on the web is not helping either, especially those desperate to dispose their unit to the next sucker. bad news snowballs and if the developer fails to secure more credit, the project might be abandon, who is the loser then? not the developer, they just start a new company - maybe - Galatic Empire Holding or Inter-galaxy Awesome Holdings.

Even if there is a court case, it will be 10 to 20 years long. By that time, some are dead, some migrated, making the case even harder to close.

Just pray they don't go bankrupt. Those that got these type of VP units, remember, you guys are in the same boat with the developer, they fall you fall.

p.s. I hope the property market collapse, thus making houses affordable to everyone, but speculators will curse me because I am the good guy, but they think they are the good guys because they vote DAP. cheers. am no BN supporter too.

I notice that the facade and all artistic feature that this developer put on really required huge sum for maintanence(?). They use many steel work , mesh... that wont really last. Need periodic maintainance, galvanizing or repainting. The wall painting seem to fade and peel off quick too...(?)
