How much ur shutter speed?
If faster than 1/160s (in a350) I think u should activate HSS (high speed shutter) in ur f42am hehe
If slower than that then I think it's the contact issue like they say above~

Deerc: Handheld Twilight is a lot cleaner than if you set ISO manually. If you insist on using a lower ISO then use 7 FPS drive mode instead.

hey guys, what's the best settings for photos to have nice vivid color. not too saturated yet nice enough to make the colors pop, not too neutral and not to vivid. what's your fav settings?

and the icons on the setting are contrast, saturation, sharpness in order right?

A small update about the Sony A700 successor called “A77″:

1) The A77 can be a little bit more bulky, heavier and can produce more photo’s from the NEW battery (around 1.000 pictures). The battery is also compatible with the Pro DSLR which Sony will launch months after the A77.

2) The camera can do 720p60 and 720p30. We are not certain yet if it can do 1080p24 (but probably yes)

3) It will take CF+SD+MS cards, of wich you can use two at the same time (CF+MS or SD +MS or only SD)

I repeat, we will see a prototype verison at Photokina. The real camera will be announced early 2011!

wanna ask, recently my Ansmann battery used in my f42 discharge damn fast..

couldnt even last for 100 shots...

I using 360 bounce card for the flash (recently just start using )
will this cause the flash to use more power ?

I wanted to warranty the battery but the shop keeper ask me try with direct bounce first (bounce with ceiling )

he said the bounce card will cause the TTL to misread and use more power ..

tak tau betul or not..

i do understand that by bouncing, i suffer light loss , thus use more power, but will it be that significant ?

from few hundreds shots to about 50 ?
