99.99% of the forummers here do not print their photos. they just see it on their LED monitor. of course the photo is bad in terms of noise.

if print, normally, my customer (malay bridal) they dont care much about noise. all the want is good angle, nice effect at cheap price. i even once pump up 1000D up to 1600 and they never complaint about noise yet they satisfied with the end result.

btw, we always print for small small size only... if we print banner size, then die lo noise everywhere. same like when we post up here on internet. at FB u see it silky smooth but when see it at flickr, aiyoh all cacat came out ed haha

D90 is still a great camera. D700 replacement will surely cost you 1 kidney, maybe 2 !

For me, the great part about the D7000 is that:
1. it meters older lenses (only found in D200, D300 and up) non cpu lenses
2. more focus point (though overkill in almost all shooting),
3. and greater speed..
4. Better metering systems.. 2k pixel metering

It will trump the D300s since has about the same features, and lower price..

Though, how many of us will buy the older lenses since its quite hard to find them here in M'sia

and the more focus point and faster speed is good in sports, but.. That is only important when shooting sports and animals.. As for the rest, patience pays out =)

High noise? We have flash guns and strobes for that =)

GBP1099.99 * 4.8 = rm5279.95... its definitely more expensive than a D300s...lol
*
Remember there is a 17.5% tax in the UK, so the price without tax is £935, which is around RM4500.
