9 bukit utama versus 5 stones.
Prefer the layout of 5 stones, but 9BU much friendlier on the pocket. Anyone familiar with these two condos kind enough to enlighten me?  |

9BU quite dense vs 5 stone with a big fountain & look more spacious.
Upside definitely 9BU as psf price is more more competitive. |
