Of course people are looking for a better price then what u offered.

Even if you put down the price at 1 dollar there still be that special person who would still bargain for 50 cents.

that was before i flashed to froyo and on eclair tyenfei.

before and after seems the same, even with juice defender, so that's why i'm so eager to flash to froyo to see if the 2 days and 1ghz overclock is a reality or not. so far, i havent manage to root my froyo, so can't install setvsel at the moment

well, battery report on mine is pretty damn impressively good!

unplugged at 11:30am, i reach my workplace at 12pm and from thereon, wifi is turned on with MSN Talk Pro, Skype, GoChat, WhatsApp, Gtalk all running in the background. During work i browse facebook, engadget etc etc etc with my phone for around 30mins total i think today and chatting on msn/gochat(facebook chatting app) for quite some time.

At the end of my work at 10pm, my battery still left 35% and then i left for jogging with 30% battery left with GPS and CardioTrainer turned on with music playing through my headphones. 1hr later when i arrived home i see my battery level at 24% and then after a quick shower, started watching TV and wifi turned on and chatting on Skype while watching tv for around 30mins then as of now, my battery is at exactly 10% laugh.gif

running jboogie's deblur honey and oc settings at 1000-56, 600-35, 300-18

so yeah, mine's considered quite hardcore use and the battery still managed to last me a full day laugh.gif and forgot to mention occasional angry birds at work too tongue.gif

Well, i'm affected by the wifi bug after i upgraded. Any fix for this? STupid bug cannot connect because my office wifi uses WPA/WPA2 PSK. Last time on 2.1 still ok. Now cannot at all. One of my colleague's also has a defy, but when he bought he cannot connect as well. But he fixed it by applying official update 2.59 from moto malaysia.

but mine is custom rom, and froyo, how to update? doh.gif

I read somewhere that juice defender actually drain your battery even faster just because of its processes running in background. Most of the time I was on 2g with whatsapp, gtalk, icq, tweetcast running. I switch to 3g only when I do some browsing with dolphin browser mini cause its just darn fast and smooth biggrin.gif Perhaps half an hour of gaming but I only play othello online tongue.gif Was a champ back in school and must always sharpen my skills. Challenge me if you darn gehehe flex.gif Other than that, ehm did some ebook reading, check stock exchanges and a little bit of tv show stream. I didn't touch my phone much though during work hours maybe that's the reason my battery can last longer laugh.gif

EDIT: Just realized that my network indicator does not function some times as well. Some times full bar sometimes no bar. But actually signal is quite strong. Has not been fixed yet. by jaboogi3

i was in your situation before,

then i apply the method of "tick , untick" the USB debug mode and .... it works biggrin.gif

read front page "How to root your Defy"

if its stuck, the last step is to actually eneble USB debugging. Then it should root just fine.

just make sure install the latest driver,

follow the step, retry a few times.

I was unable to root also, even apply the tick and untick the usb debug mode.

But keep on trying then i'm be able to root with right timing smile.gif

i think i need a guide on installing the drivers =.=
a couple of noob questions here...
firstly my build number is JRDNEM_U3_2.51.0...is this build compatible with the guide??
i have to install the RSD Lite and USB Driver Motorola first before plugging the usb driver?btw what's RSD Lite for??
after installing USB Driver i have to plug in usb and reboot the phone into recovery and run the exe to install usbflash driver (something like that) right?
after the installation reboot phone in normal mode and install the rest drivers?
sorry for all the troublesome questions...but i think my main problem is the driver...
