QUOTE(sanosizo @ Jan 4 2011, 04:45 PM) seems like u took the same route as me, but from e398 i go from e2 to e6 then a1200. you're using the defy now? Isnt the earpiece covered by warranty? defy is a great phone, the size is just nice for the palm, not too bulky and quite light. its just that damn earpiece issue that can drag it down. anyway, i probably have to pay rm60 for the earpiece repair i miss my E2 weyh, can play GBA games nicely with the extra side buttons |

QUOTE(tyenfei @ Jan 5 2011, 04:00 PM) I don't have my phone yet! T.Thave to wait about a month or 2 to get enough money for it. QUOTE(sanosizo @ Jan 5 2011, 04:12 PM) both singapore and malaysia set dont have motoblur so it should be snappy enough. so it runs on clean android? O.othat froyo is not fully complete yet. so far i'm satisfied with 2.1. i already can do wifi tethering (3g mobile hotspot) with it. |

QUOTE(irenic @ Jan 6 2011, 03:00 PM) thanks you so much sanosizo! Just gave back the phone to my friend. Damn i miss that phone now! nice to hear that the keyboard is nice. because the girl that i'll be giving the defy to never use touchscreen device before.. kinda worry that she will have a hard time typing sms.. and i dont think u need lanyard on a phone that doesnt mind to be dropped. no? Yeap the keyboard is nice. The 3.7" screen size is just nice for landscape qwerty keyboard. In portrait format i'd prefer to use swype though. So much more convenient to type 1 hand with Swype xD and usually i connect some lanyard accessory to make pulling the phone out of my jeans easier QUOTE(tyenfei @ Jan 6 2011, 03:12 PM) ya, i notice it on the first day i got it. anybody wanna try? now still thinking what can i do to make a lanyard hole. i know Defy can tahan drop from our hand ... but not from over 20 meters height. just in case Added on January 6, 2011, 3:14 pm irenic, just make sure the girl not going to use touchscreen with her finger nail else she will complaint to u :" this phone tak boleh pakai lah" |

Actually, Malaysian Defy doesn't have Blur inside. Thats why theres no 'Blur' word on the back cover like in those you see on review sites lol.
