Any owner having bad experience with contractor on renovation? Heard there are 2 main contractor in dpulze, 1 is Lxx another is Sxx. Which one is better??

I saw citadines advertised as serviced residence and they take short term to long term tenancy I think. Fully furnished with equipped kitchen utensils etc. But price would definitely be higher than the Condo.
