lol, i burnt my evga sli micro mosfet because of lack of cooling on the vtt mosfet chip.

couldn't imagine running at 1.6v vtt .
i tried 1.5v and i couldnt hold my finger for 3 secs on the mosfet .
must have reached somewhere around 100C already .

forget to take SS when linx on 2k mem
i will post a cpu tweaker n turbo v later...

btw i put some active cooling on vrm....quite cool...hehe
r2e wb quite expensive...

ver3.x is micron ram. I doubt that it could touch 2000mhz without increasing the vdimm. Not really sure how the micron rams work in x58 platform, maybe u should search on google about micron ddr3 ram on x58 overclocking

Just a question. a ram kit that is certified to run at certain speed and latency on P55 platform doesn't neccesarily mean that it could run the same in X58 right? I think cstkl1 mentioned about that before

yeap the scale would be different since one runs on triple channel another one runs on dual channel .
but if both runs on dual channel im not sure its the same or not .
ask the sifu

so many problems about RAM. 1155 and 1156 RAMs are compatible right?

1155 rated speed ram is impossible to run at triple channel at same speed met.
