I assume that you're using 4X2GB on 4 dimm slots.
well 3x2GB=6GB is faster since it's triple channel.
adding another stick of 2GB will just slowing it down to single or dual channel (depends on how u put the 4 sticks)
suggest to remove 1 stick for triple channel, coz adding 2gb by sacrificing the performance is not a good idea. normal users won't need more than 6GB
or add another 2 sticks of 2GB so make it 6X2GB=12GB on triple channel

still stuck on 4.2ghz after changed from AC to WC

tried 4.5ghz but unstable

what kind of instability? LinX error or BSOD? if BSOD, what's the code?
when u're dealing with BCLK upping this will affect mem & vtt clocks as well.
btw, have u tried 4.3GHz, 4.4?
before jumping to 4.5GHz usually i will test out these two speeds first.
of course turn off HT to eliminate overheat issues.

4.3 now stable
4.5ghz not BSOD anymore
but when run IBT after the second runs it said that the system is not stable
previously bsod showed 'physical mem dump'

Increase either vcore, vtt or vdimm etc... or could be CPU PLL, PCIE volt etc... R3E is very sensitive to these voltages.
Might also sort out mem issue with memtest run for a few minutes/hours.
Best if u could provide ur bios settings for 4.5GHz.
