haiz... my timing belt and radiator belt now got bird chirping sound (cit cit cit) already. Sometimes quite loud also. Might be some bolts there longgar already

timing belt will never emit such sounds. its the accessory belt (that one big piece of belt that drives the water pump, alternator, aircond compressor & power steering.

mine is also starting to chirp! hahaha.... solution is easy. spray some silicone lubricant on it (contact side) OR scrape some candle wax on it. It works every time for me. Driven many cars before.... so this is how i solve it all the time. NEVER EVER USE WD40 as it deteriorates the rubber properties.

No point changing to new belt just because of this. Waste money. Can be solved very easily with my methods.

Seems like the Campro engine will have this kind of problem.

My BLM 1.3 Campro also got 'rat' noise during cold start, gone after few minutes.

actually it's happen to any engine..just tighten the belt will do.the accessory belt..ask your foremen to do it if you are not familiar with or you can use the belt dressing spray.it will solve your problem

yeah just pay Rm500 as booking fees and choose between M line or H line.... differences only leather seats, seat adjuster, ABS, etc....

Went to PJ 227(previously 225) service mine 1k last few days..feel my car still persist the metal knocking sound & sizzling sound from center vent (this problem anyone faced & solve b4?)..somemore recommend me use Rm60 engine oil instead of Rm97..swt..

how much is the timing belt kit with bearings?

Wed/thusday get car...what do I check before sign paper?

if u service outside, around rm300-rm400 including aircond belting for mine.. rm370 iianm for mine..

yeah... done 15k service today... brought own castrol semi lube...

next change... wanna try eneos plak... proride ok kah?
