more than 2.8V danger?

Running my corsair twinx bh-6 2-2-2-11@2.525ghz

But the ram results not very good,how can i improve it??

3.3v or 3.5 oso cannot...mebbe u can see at the bios ram setting whats cause the problem...or mebbe my ram cannot do 2-2-2-6....if test 2-2-2 then the error would be scroling down like chkdsk c: oOooOo...op no chkdsk...but c:\dir /s

did u mix up the OCZ VX Value with other RAM ?

bcoz from the pic.. it looks like 3 pieces of RAM.. sweat.gif sweat.gif

then if the ram tempreture 'c more than 60'c,isnt danger?

system hang/unstable/loading violation?

i think the position of your fan is wrong
the fan should blow direct to the memory
my ocz value vx can do 2-2-2-5, 200mhz @ 2.85v

You also know how to say, VX 'Value', it is not handpicked chips so performance differs from one another. You might get a good one that run at low timing with low voltage, others may not.

mine.. just starting to OC, too little loh.. around 2% only.. hehe.. but actually i tot it did not OC ler..

RAM = 1x256mb Kingston Value RAM DDR400
chipset = BT-D43
Vdimm applied = 2.73 V
1T OR 2T = 2
System = AMD64 2800+
CPU speed = 1836 MHZ

..and actually did mot OC becoz waiting for my Samsung RAMs tho.. hehe...

of course.. temp is proportional to voltage applied..

same principle in CPU overclocking.. wink.gif

hurm..... looks like u've to pay somebody else to solder it for u... tongue.gif

more voltage = more heat
try ocz ddr booster if u don't want to solder, but that will cost you more money
