QUOTE(yeowa @ Feb 27 2011, 05:59 PM) Ya it all depends to individual pup As for Cookie , she just bald once then everything is fine after the fur has grown Cos some pup needs a few times trim as i heard of. But really behtahan first time seeing ur pup bald so badly |

DOggie Doggie swears on the concept of being BALD. The 1st thing when they saw my grey poodle is 'owners shud brave their hearts n bald their kids for thicker fur in the future'. And it was 2 weeks b4 CNY. |

I personally prefer trim short to 1cm as what i said before, regular trimming does help in making their coat become thicker and nicer. Mine always in hyperactive mode lol , i am the one who become very tired and lazy after playing with her This post has been edited by ChloeChong: Feb 28 2011, 11:55 AM |

I could sense that my Dorian will become apricot later. I found out he has a small patch of white fur on his chest...

Frequent shaved bald fur very tough n rough. Feel like dunwan touch .U can request 100 % use scissor fur become more nicer n smoother. Mine is scissor cut never clip b4 from puppy till now, fur smooth like silk. Or u can bring to wow wow meow meow at jalan pudu they concept is poodle 100 % full scissor cut. This post has been edited by Kelvenwai: Feb 28 2011, 02:51 PM |

I know that the entire red color will fade to cream, very possibly. Dorian father has nice solid red, but his mother is cream if i'm not mistaken. So i'm not surprised that Dorian will turn from dark red to cream in future, some more I have just noticed he has a white patch on his chest, which increases the possibility in becoming a cream poodle. I only found out the white patch last Saturday when i was playing with him.Gary from pet's family use scissors to do full grooming... This post has been edited by debbieyss: Feb 28 2011, 04:12 PM |

But for what I know, majority of the poodle's coat do fade. All coat color inherit a fading gene, except Black.
Oh well, let's put Chris on the table again. |
